Supplier Quality Engineer in Gothenburg

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supplier Quality Engineer on behalf of our client. As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will play a central role in ensuring and improving the quality of suppliers' products, materials, and services.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing quality strategies for supplier management.
• Conducting supplier assessments and qualification processes.
• Collaborating with suppliers to improve product quality and processes.
• Driving continuous improvement projects to ensure superior product quality.
• Participating in the product development process to ensure supplier quality aspects.
• Maintaining and updating various quality assurance and IT systems.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a relevant engineering degree and experience in quality work. You possess strong communication skills and can collaborate effectively across departments. You have at least three years of experience in supplier evaluation and improvement projects, and you are self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. It is an advantage if you have previous technical experience and Supplier Quality experience from the automotive industry. You are fluent in Swedish and English. The position involves travel and therefore requires a B driver's license.
